At Cooper & Co, we want you to love your home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, or accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
